Especially alongside a customer-focused, proudly niche lifestyle brand like Smith & Bradley. To help this mid-revamp, tactical watchmaker first define then deploy its standout brand voice, we worked closely with company leadership to tease out the most timely and enduring aspects of the brand's appeal. Then, we put them into words. (A dozen or so finely crafted pages of them.)
The final Messaging Brandbook, delivered in a simple, user-friendly style on S&B's existing letterhead, is equal parts brightly polished and satisfyingly utilitarian. Just like the brand itself.
